Use of Our Services
You may use our services for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use our services in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of our coaching methodology, AI prompts, evaluation frameworks, or proprietary systems.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our coaching sessions are powered by artificial intelligence. All coaching feedback, polished stories, talking points, and strength signal evaluations are AI-generated outputs. They are designed to help you prepare for interviews but should not be treated as professional career advice, legal counsel, or a guarantee of interview outcomes.
You are solely responsible for how you use, adapt, and present any content generated through our platform. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
Payments & Refunds
We offer interview coaching credits via one-time purchases and monthly subscriptions, processed securely through Stripe. All purchases are final upon completion.
Auto-refunds: If a coaching session ends prematurely (under 3 minutes with minimal progress), your credit will be automatically refunded.
Manual refund requests: If you experience a technical issue during a session that was not auto-refunded, you may submit a support request from your Dashboard. We review each request using session logs and may issue a credit refund at our discretion.
Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions provide unlimited session credits for the billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
No cash refunds: Refunds are issued as service credits, not monetary refunds, unless required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Our services, including but not limited to the coaching framework, AI prompts, evaluation rubrics, user interface design, and branding, contain intellectual property owned by EmpowerPro Labs LLC. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written permission.
User Content
You are responsible for any content you submit to our services, including the experiences and stories you share during coaching sessions. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
You attest that you own and have the legal rights necessary to submit information to this site. Do not share trade secrets, confidential business information, or content you are not authorized to disclose.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to interview outcomes, employment decisions, or reliance on AI-generated content.
Privacy
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time and for any reason, including violation of these terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refund of credits or subscription fees will be issued.

Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
